Rock ’em Sock ’em Robots

The machines with attitude return in the explosive Transformers sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

When we last saw Transformers teen hero Sam Witwicky, he was dusting himself off after saving the world from the evil Decepticon robots. The Decepticons had invaded Earth to find the powerful Allspark, which they used to free their leader Megatron, who was being help captive by the U.S. government. However, the Autobots, led by the noble Optimus Prime, had also come to Earth to stop the Decepticons, and they did just that — with a little help from Sam Witwicky.

 

In the sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Sam is studying astronomy in college. He uncovers information about when, how and why the Transformers originally came to Earth — and it’s information the Decepticons want! Starscream, the Decepticon who escaped back to the Transformers’ home planet of Cybertron at the end of the first movie, has recruited a new army of Decepticons. He leads his army through space and back to Earth, where Megatron awaits.

 

You thought Megatron was dead? No way.

 

The big, bad robot has been brought back to life, and he and his new army once again threaten humankind. Luckily, Optimus Prime has also called for reinforcements, meaning we can expect another massive robot throwdown!
